"Lethermon and his team went above and beyond. We couldn't grow grass in our front yard for years. We laid sod twice and both times, it died within a few months. BUT, Lethermon was able to help us by removing the first several inches of top soil, and then grading it out well to place sod again on fresh soil. He got us a great deal on new sod, and even ripped out a tree that was dying in the middle of the yard which helped us out a lot. Most importantly, we had an irrigation system that was very shallow and he managed to salvage a large amount of it so I didn't have to replace it all, and that takes a lot of skill. Our lawn is now thriving, even a year later."
